John Moher leads the real estate department at Dale & Lessmann LLP, where his work centers on commercial real estate deals, secured lending, leasing, and construction and infrastructure files. He has handled numerous complex transactions covering the financing, leasing, purchase, and sale of commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential properties. He also serves as a director and advises European nationals who hold real estate investments in Canada. Clients get straightforward guidance delivered promptly and in plain English, and he takes an active role mentoring junior lawyers at the firm. He earned his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2007 and a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 2004, and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
