Adam Wiseberg is the owner and founder of WisebergLaw, an Ottawa firm he opened in 2013. He earned his LLB from the University of Ottawa, graduating cum laude, and an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom, graduating with distinction, and he was called to the Bar in Ontario. From 2000 to 2008 he worked in Tokyo advising on billion-dollar cross-border financing transactions, including securitizations, debt refinancings, aircraft leasing, and mergers and acquisitions, for major law firms and financial institutions, and he taught at the Law Extension Program at Temple University while co-publishing articles on Japanese securities regulation and corporate law. He returned to Canada in 2008 and settled in Ottawa in 2010, where he refocused his practice on individuals, families, and small businesses. He now practices real estate law, family law, wills and estates, estate litigation, and business and finance law, working directly and personally with every client from the first consultation through resolution.
