About Joel

Joel Hagyard is Co-Managing Partner of Lindsay Kenney LLP, practicing from the firm's Langley office in real estate and banking law, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. He represents buyers and sellers in commercial and residential real estate transactions, advises developers on real estate development, and acts for landlords, tenants, and institutional and private lenders in commercial lending matters. He received his law degree from the University of British Columbia in 1990 and has been licensed to practice for over 30 years.
