Timothy Delaney, KC is a partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP and head of the firm's General Litigation Practice Group. Called to the British Columbia bar in 1989, he joined the firm in 1990 and became a partner in 1999, building a trial and appellate practice that includes commercial litigation, employment litigation, real estate litigation, and defamation, with appearances up to the Supreme Court of Canada. He earned his law degree from the University of British Columbia and volunteers as a judge for the UBC Moot Court program. He was elected a Bencher of the Law Society of British Columbia in 2023, where he sits on the Complainants' Review Committee and the Practice Standards Committee.
