About Brad

Brad Martyniuk is a partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP and leader of the firm's financial services practice group, advising on business receivership, restructuring, and loan realization. He conducts insolvency and bankruptcy litigation as well as business, estate, fraud, and securities litigation, both in court and by arbitration, and previously served as a Crown Counsel prosecutor in securities fraud and commercial crime. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta in 1987 and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria in 1991, and was admitted to the British Columbia bar in 1992.
