About Joe

Joe Latham is a partner in the Restructuring Group at Goodmans. His practice focuses mainly on commercial insolvencies, including bankruptcies, receiverships, and financial and corporate restructurings. Joe regularly advises on both Canadian and cross-border matters and has represented purchasers, debtors, financial institutions, creditor groups, and court officers such as monitors, receivers, and bankruptcy trustees. He has taught in the Law Society of Ontario's Bar Admission Course and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Western Ontario Law School, where he developed and taught a course on commercial insolvency. Joe has also spoken at numerous legal education seminars and published a number of papers.
