About Jodi

Jodi Martin is a labour lawyer with experience in human rights and appellate advocacy who assists union and institutional clients with judicial review applications and appeals, and co-leads the firm's workplace investigations team. Her investigative skills were central to her role as co-counsel in the Motherisk Hair Analysis Independent Review, and she provides pro bono counsel through the Wellspring Cancer Support Network. She holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
