Andrew Lokan is an advocate in constitutional law, administrative law, aboriginal law, labour and employment law, and complex commercial litigation, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in more than 25 cases defining the rights of Canadians and the limits of government power. He is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and teaches constitutional litigation at Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa and an LL.M. from Harvard University, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
