About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Rose Brogan grew up in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, and studied business administration at Acadia University before pursuing a law degree in Queensland, Australia, graduating from Bond University in 2008. She became licensed in Ontario in 2010, then added a Nova Scotia licence the following year. Before joining Preszler Injury Lawyers, she spent more than a decade defending insurance claims in Toronto, experience that now helps her anticipate how insurers approach a file. Her practice at Preszler covers personal injury claims, motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability disputes and slip and fall cases. She has also written articles on personal injury and civil procedure topics for legal publications.
