About Rochelle

Rochelle Blocka is a litigation partner in McDougall Gauley's Saskatoon office who focuses on family law and estate disputes. Her family law practice covers parenting time and decision-making, child and spousal support, property division, and divorce, with particular experience in high-conflict parenting cases and agricultural industry clients. Her estate work addresses testamentary capacity, executor responsibilities, and undue influence. Beyond the courtroom, she guides clients through alternative dispute resolution and has negotiated a range of interspousal agreements. Rochelle earned a Bachelor of Science with high distinction from the University of Toronto in 2009 and a Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2015, and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2016.
