About Joanne

Joanne Lagoudis is a Partner at KMB Law and heads the firm's Family Law Group. She earned a bachelor's degree from York University in 1999 and her JD from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002, and was called to the bar in 2004. Since then she has practiced family law primarily in Peel and Halton Region, appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. Joanne represents clients in court, mediation, and arbitration on divorce, parenting, and child and spousal support issues, as well as property division, and she also negotiates and drafts marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. She belongs to the Peel Law Association, the Halton County Law Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Hellenic Canadian Lawyers Association, and speaks English and Greek.
