About Pritina

Pritina A. Bhavsar is a senior partner whose practice centers on family and divorce law, child protection matters, real estate closings and transactions, and wills, probate and estates. She appears at all levels of Ontario's court system for motions, mediations, trials, and settlement negotiations. Originally from New York City, she holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut's law school in West Hartford. She is a member of the Ontario bar and is also admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut, having spent time at three New York City firms handling litigation and transactional work in areas such as commercial law, real estate, and landlord-tenant disputes. She belongs to the Peel Law Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York State Bar Association, and now calls Brampton home.
