About Amanda
Amanda Dale is a partner practising family law, handling matters involving custody, access, child and spousal support, divorce, and domestic contracts such as marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. She also represents applicants seeking guardianship orders for incapable persons under the Substitute Decisions Act. Amanda articled with the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee at the Ministry of the Attorney General before being called to the Ontario bar in 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from York University in 1998 and her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2001, where she received the Fasken Martineau DuMoulin Book Prize in Civil Procedure II and the Lang Michener Prize in Civil Procedure II and Evidence. She practises alongside her father, Elliott Dale, and her sister, Shana Dale.
