About Marc
Marc practices real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estates. In commercial real estate he handles project and construction financing, land development, leases and joint ventures, and he also assists with incorporations, reorganizations and shareholders' agreements. He holds an M.B.A. from the Rotman School of Management.
