About Jensen

Jensen Yuen joined the firm as counsel in 2019, having begun his legal career as a barrister in Hong Kong handling commercial disputes, personal injury claims and some criminal defence matters. He completed his pupillage with senior members of the Hong Kong Bar, including a stint as a Judge's Marshall at the High Court, and was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2013, developing a specialized personal injury practice. After being called to the Ontario bar in 2019, he moved into a solicitor's role focused on commercial leasing, corporate commercial work and dispute resolution, and he is now building an immigration practice alongside the firm's immigration team, particularly on humanitarian and compassionate applications. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.), a PCLL from the University of Hong Kong and a B.Sc. (Hons.), and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
