Paul Lewis is an employment lawyer with 28 years of experience representing both employees and employers. His practice covers wrongful dismissal, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, independent and dependent contractor status, non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, employment agreements and handbooks, human rights applications, and workplace investigations, harassment, and discrimination. Paul aims to give clients pragmatic advice that avoids or resolves disputes while still protecting their legal interests fully, and he is prepared to litigate when necessary. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan (1994) and a Bachelor of Arts from McMaster University (1989), and is an active member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Hamilton Law Association, and the Halton Law Association.
