About Jessica

Jessica Murphy is a lawyer in RAR's Construction Group who brings public sector experience from her previous role as counsel at Infrastructure Ontario. She focuses on litigation and dispute resolution for large infrastructure and construction projects, guiding clients through complex disputes with strategic advice both before and during litigation. Her work spans sectors including transit, healthcare, and major construction, with particular skill in litigation strategy, arbitration, and mediation, as well as advising on contractual matters. She has spoken at the Ontario Bar Association's Construction Symposium, guest-lectured at Osgoode Hall Law School, and previously led internal presentations at Infrastructure Ontario on emerging legal issues in the sector. Jessica holds a J.D. from Western University, obtained in 2018, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2019.
