Personal InjuryMichelle Arzaga graduated with an Honours degree in Political Science from York University in 1998, where she earned the Dean's Scholarship and was named an Academic All-Canadian. She went on to Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2001, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. She joined Pace Law Firm as a personal injury lawyer in 2003 and has since litigated motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, long-term disability, and historic sexual abuse claims, with a particular interest in motorcycle accident victims. Michelle regularly works out of the firm's Kenora office in addition to serving clients across Ontario. In 2015 she served as trial co-counsel in a case involving a client with a severe brain injury from a jail-house beating, winning $3.2 million in damages that was upheld on appeal. In 2017 she earned her accreditation as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation from the Law Society of Ontario, a distinction held by fewer than 2% of Ontario lawyers.
