About Jessica
Jessica Kool is an associate at Epstein Cole who works to resolve family law matters while limiting the long-term impact of separation on her clients. She assists with parenting, property division, and support issues, and is comfortable negotiating directly with opposing counsel, pursuing mediation, or going to court when needed. Her summer and articling experience included both family law and criminal defence work, but she has practiced exclusively in family law since her call to the bar in 2024. She earned her J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2023, graduating cum laude, and holds an honours B.A. in sociology with a minor in family and child studies from the University of Guelph.
