About Sean
The managing partner of the firm's Waterloo Region office, Sean M. Sullivan practises commercial litigation with emphasis on estate litigation, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, product liability disputes and recovery services. He acts for private companies, banks and insurance companies and has developed a reputation for handling complex estate litigation and cases involving the oppression remedy. He is a board member of the Greater Kitchener Waterloo Chamber of Commerce and received the Waterloo Region Police Services Civilian Award in 2017.
