About Harvey
Harvey Consky earned a science degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario before being called to the Ontario bar in 1982. Since then he has devoted his practice entirely to catastrophic and personal injury litigation, handling more than 10,000 cases and securing multi-million dollar settlements, including about fifteen million dollars for clients in 2014 alone. He has argued at every level of the Ontario court system, up to the Court of Appeal, and founded Consky & Associates in 1997 to build an experienced legal team offering personal attention to clients. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates' Society and the Arbitration Institute of Canada, and previously directed the Ontario Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan. He currently serves on the board of Ontario Wound Care Inc., a charity providing hyperbaric oxygen therapy for chronic wounds.
