About Jordan

Jordan Kadach acts for employers and employees in employment law matters, shareholder disputes and non-competition disputes, regularly performing termination and severance package reviews for wrongful and constructive dismissals. Before joining Cashion Legal, he practised corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law at a boutique Calgary firm, advising management teams and boards on share and asset purchase transactions and corporate governance. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the Alberta Bar.
