About Jessica

Jessica D. Alexander joined the firm's Philadelphia office in 2009 and now serves as Chief Strategic Recruiting and Integration Officer, a role in which she partners with firm management and practice group leaders to support growth in key markets both nationally and internationally. She leads the strategic expansion team responsible for recruiting and integrating lateral partners, groups, and firms, and she sits on the firm's Management Committee. Jessica has spent more than fifteen years at the firm, starting as a summer associate and rising to Member in the Corporate practice group before moving into recruiting. She builds relationships with recruiting organizations and consultants to bring in talented lawyers across the firm's offices. Jessica graduated from Butler University, where she played on the women's basketball team, and earned her law degree summa cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law. While there, she served as senior notes editor of the Syracuse Law Review, belonged to the Justinian Honorary Law Society, and was elected to the Order of the Coif upon graduation.
