About Bradley

Bradley Armstrong is a member at Cozen O'Connor who represents businesses in financial services and consumer litigation, and advises clients in the financial services industry on compliance and risk management. He defends both individual and class action claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, and also handles licensing, regulatory, and administrative matters. He has won summary judgment in numerous debt collection and FDCPA cases and successfully defended appeals involving consumer protection claims. Bradley joined the firm's financial services practice from Moss & Barnett in 2026. He holds a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and a B.A. in accounting from Gustavus Adolphus College, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
