Christopher Allen has spent more than a decade practising in the State Attorneys General niche at Cozen O'Connor, guiding clients through investigations, litigation and public policy advocacy at the state and federal levels. His national practice concentrates on consumer protection, antitrust, data privacy including data breaches and data security, and the False Claims Act, serving clients ranging from startups to one of the largest companies in the country. He also represents consumer product manufacturers and distributors in product recalls and industry-wide investigations led by the Consumer Products Safety Commission. Chris regularly handles matters under state unfair and deceptive practices laws, state data breach notification laws, Section 5 of the FTC Act, and antitrust statutes including the Sherman, Clayton and Hart-Scott-Rodino Acts. He received the Phi Delta Phi Award for Excellence in Jurisprudence and Professional Responsibility and maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing clients before the Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review.
