About Ashley

Ashley Ainsley concentrates her practice on securities law and capital markets transactions, with particular experience advising on public company matters, stock exchange listings, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Cozen O'Connor, she spent five years as a senior listings manager and member of the Executive Listings Committee at a major Canadian stock exchange, where she evaluated IPOs, reverse takeovers, and public M&A transactions for compliance with exchange rules and securities law. She earlier worked as an associate at a national Canadian business law firm advising issuers and underwriters on securities offerings, and practiced in London advising investment fund managers on fund formation and cross-border transactions. Ashley is licensed to practice in British Columbia, Ontario, and England and Wales.
