About Jesse
Jesse T. Bonner is a family law practitioner and mediator in Calgary who studied political science at the University of British Columbia before attending law school at the University of Calgary, where his interest in family law grew through volunteer work with Student Legal Assistance and the Children's Legal Education Resource Centre. After articling at a Calgary law firm, he was called to the bar in 2015 and now focuses exclusively on family law and mediation. His practice welcomes LGBTQIA+ clients and all family structures, and he offers mediation services to both self-represented parties and those with legal counsel, covering divorce, child custody, and related disputes. He also assists clients with preparing, updating, and executing wills, and serves on the board of the Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre.
