About Jarold

Jarold Switzer's practice focuses on real estate, corporate, commercial, estate planning and estate administration law. He advises on the incorporation, extra-provincial registration and reorganization of corporations at the federal and provincial levels, and acts as counsel in the purchase and sale of businesses, joint ventures, partnerships, and landlord and tenant matters. He has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including development projects and construction financing, for clients that include lenders, developers, small businesses and home builders. He also handles intellectual property matters as a registered trademark agent, and has civil litigation experience related to real estate, foreclosures and landlord and tenant disputes.
