About Sylvia
Sylvia McLean is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies Group at Osler's Vancouver office. She counsels growth-stage companies on venture financing, shareholder agreements, equity incentive plans, and general corporate matters, and also acts for venture capital, angel, and strategic investors backing technology companies. Her transactional work spans asset and share sales, amalgamations, secondary sales, and corporate and tax reorganizations. Sylvia earned a JD/MBA from the University of British Columbia and graduated as faculty valedictorian from McGill University.
