About Brad
Brad Webber earned his Bachelor of Arts with majors in Philosophy and Economics from the University of Lethbridge before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary in 2020. During law school he volunteered with the Student Legal Assistance program and served as its Student Director, supervising over 100 student volunteers. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021 and practices exclusively in family law with a focus on litigation, representing clients at the Alberta Court of King's Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice, including at trial. His experience includes high-conflict parenting disputes, guardianship, emergency protection orders, interprovincial mobility, international child abduction, and family property matters.
