About Jesse
Jesse is a Toronto partner practising in competition, international trade and foreign investment law. His work covers trade remedy disputes, customs and commodity tax matters, and cross-border regulatory issues for both Canadian and international clients. He has served as counsel of record in well over one hundred trade remedy proceedings and has appeared before Canadian trade tribunals and the Federal Court of Appeal. Jesse has spent more than two decades advising on trade issues connected to Asia, including market access and supply chain matters, and holds law and arts degrees from the University of Manitoba and Carleton University respectively.
