About Kevin

Kevin Whittington is an associate at Neinstein working in personal injury and medical malpractice law. He completed his law degree at Queen's University in 2024, where he co-founded the school's Health Law Club, and was called to the Ontario bar in June 2025. Before pursuing law, he earned a science degree in nursing from Western University and worked as a nurse within a large family health team.
