About Stephen
Stephen Kahn is a lawyer admitted to the Bar in both New York State and Ontario, with a background spanning law, business, and entrepreneurship. He spent nearly a decade at The Sun Valley Group in Toronto, where as Director of Commercial Leasing he built tenant relationships, advised on real estate acquisitions, and directed leasing initiatives. His combined legal and business background helped him resolve disputes and keep lease agreements compliant with legal standards. Before that role, Stephen co-founded ClearScribe Inc., an eHealth company, and served as its CEO, helping launch regulatory-compliant electronic prescribing solutions and secure government software contracts.
