About Kenneth

Kenneth Crofoot is general counsel emeritus at Goodmans, having stepped back from the full-time general counsel role at the end of 2023. He practiced actively with the firm for more than 40 years as a commercial litigator, with particular expertise in construction law, before taking on the general counsel position.
