About Jeremy
Jeremy practices corporate and commercial law in mergers and acquisitions, corporate structures, commercial agreements, partnerships, joint ventures and forestry law, and also acts as general counsel for First Nations clients. As a registered professional forester, he draws on that background to help clients navigate British Columbia's forestry regulatory framework, from tenure transactions to compliance and enforcement matters under the Forest and Range Practices Act. Chambers Canada has recognized him as a leading practitioner in Agribusiness: Forestry. He earned his J.D. from the University of Calgary and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008.
