About Christopher
Christopher Philip is the lawyer and principal of CSP Law Corporation, a Metro Vancouver firm focused on construction-related commercial and regulatory matters. He reviews and negotiates contracts, advises on commercial contract management and alternative dispute resolution, and handles builders liens and environmental and occupational health and safety regulatory matters. When needed, he represents clients in litigation before the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court (Small Claims), the BC Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals. Before founding CSP Law, he worked as an associate at one of BC's leading construction law boutiques and as in-house counsel at BC Hydro. He holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Queen's University, and is a LEED Green Associate through the Canada Green Building Council.
