About Michael

Michael Stangarone has practiced exclusively family law since 2005 and regularly appears at Ontario courts at all levels. He has developed significant expertise in international child abduction matters, including appearing before the Supreme Court of Canada in December 2024 in Dunmore v. Mehralian, a case clarifying habitual residence determinations in non-Hague Convention abduction matters.
