About Shelby
Shelby Percival is an associate at Falconers LLP and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Queen's University. She articled at the firm and returned as an associate after her call to the bar in 2021. Shelby is a Mohawk woman from Six Nations of the Grand River who grew up in Brantford, where she completed her undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in English and Contemporary Studies with minors in Law and Society, Criminology, and Indigenous Studies. She is passionate about representing Indigenous clients and helping them advocate for their rights. Shelby has co-authored published work, including a review of Hadley Louise Friedland's The Wetiko Legal Principles.
