Carly Klinkhoff is a partner at Torys and works within its Mergers and Acquisitions practice, alongside the firm's Capital Markets and Metals and Mining groups. Her practice centers on corporate and securities law, with a focus on M&A, corporate finance, stream and royalty finance, and governance matters. She has advised domestic and foreign clients on public and private merger transactions and debt and equity offerings, with experience spanning metals and mining, real estate, technology, financial services and retail. Before joining Torys, she was Associate General Counsel at a Toronto private equity firm focused on metals and mining, and previously practised at a large national firm in Toronto and Montreal. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association's Natural Resources and Energy Law Section and belongs to the Ontario, Canadian, American and New York Bar Associations.
