About Gary

Gary Hou practices corporate, commercial, and real estate law. Before joining Trivium Law he worked at several midsized and large firms in the Lower Mainland, where he developed his skills as a solicitor. He helps clients with mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing, acquisitions, divestitures and development, commercial leasing, business structuring and reorganizations, franchise compliance, and drafting a wide range of contracts. He is the firm's lead lawyer on construction contracts, including various forms of CCDC agreements.
