About Steven

Steven Liu practices corporate, commercial, and real estate law, specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions and divestitures, development, financing, corporate reorganizations, and business acquisitions and sales. Before founding Trivium Law, Liu summered at an international law firm and worked at a local firm specializing in real estate, corporate, and commercial law. Liu has headed numerous commercial and industrial real estate transactions and serves as corporate counsel for several British Columbia franchises and as commercial lending counsel for banks, credit unions, and private funds. Liu is a frequent guest lecturer for real estate brokerages across British Columbia.
