About Jennifer

Jennifer is a litigation lawyer who practises primarily in insurance defence and civil litigation. She has represented clients in third-party tort claims, first-party claims including loss transfer and priority disputes, and property and commercial general liability matters, along with professional negligence and product liability claims. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador, as well as various administrative tribunals, and also handles labour and employment litigation. Jennifer holds an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. from Memorial University of Newfoundland. She is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association, where she serves as a Member-at-Large for the Insurance Section.
