About Jennifer
Jennifer Millbank focuses her litigation practice on commercial and property disputes and provides governance advice to organizations such as First Nations, volunteer fire departments, local governments, and societies. She is experienced trial counsel who has conducted Supreme Court trials across a range of subject areas, and has argued matters before the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Appeal, and tribunals including the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board and the BC Human Rights Tribunal. She also advises on professional disciplinary matters. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Victoria Law School (2001) and a BA (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Victoria (1997), and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2002.
