About Jennifer

Jennifer Duff is a partner at Shields Hunt Duff Strachan who practises in all areas of labour and employment law, with a focus on representing unions and their members as well as individual employees. She appears before federal and provincial courts, boards, tribunals, and arbitrators on behalf of public and private sector unions and employees, and is fluently bilingual in English and French. Duff also provides estate planning services, including drafting wills and powers of attorney. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2003 after articling with the firm's predecessor, Shields & Hunt, and graduated from the University of Ottawa's National Program with a Common Law LL.B. (cum laude) in 2000 and a Civil Law LL.L. (summa cum laude) in 2002.
