About Zoriana
Zoriana Priadka provides practical guidance to employers, helping them manage workplace matters proactively at every stage of the employment relationship. Drawing on a background in civil litigation, she delivers cost-effective, strategic solutions to potential legal disputes. She began her career in Toronto focused on civil litigation before moving into employment law at a prominent regional Ottawa firm, and has been with Emond Harnden since 2023, advising on both short and long-term employment strategies. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2017, where she simultaneously completed an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences specializing in political science. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and is a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and the County of Carleton Law Association.
