About Jennifer
Jennifer Neville has advised strata corporations and owners since 2003 on a broad range of strata property issues, including bylaw and resolution drafting, compliance with the Strata Property Act, repairs, collections, strata financing, disputes, and Civil Resolution Tribunal claims. She regularly presents seminars for organizations such as the Professional Association of Managing Agents and the Condominium Home Owners Association, where she also serves as a Director. She is a contributing author to the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual and co-chairs a residential real estate update course for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. She was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in March 2003.
