About G.

Stephen Hamilton supervises Hamilton & Company's Strata Property and Civil Litigation practices and has practised law for more than 30 years. As a trial lawyer, he helps clients resolve disputes in the BC Supreme Court, Civil Resolution Tribunal, Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, working mainly on bylaw enforcement, governance disputes, negligent construction, and strata fee collections. He has served on advisory committees on strata legislation, lectures regularly for Continuing Legal Education of British Columbia, and is a contributing author and editorial board member for the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual. He was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 1992.
