About Ben
Ben Scheidegger advises and represents owners and strata corporations on a wide range of strata property law issues, with a focus on dispute resolution. He regularly advises on bylaw enforcement, strata governance, human rights issues, privacy, and repairs and collections, and also advises landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers on leasing and real estate disputes. He has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia and before tribunals including the Civil Resolution Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, the Residential Tenancy Board, and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. He is a contributing author to the British Columbia Strata Property Practice Manual and sits on the education committee for the Professional Association of Managing Agents. He was admitted to the Bar of British Columbia in 2018.
