About Ronak

Ronak Shah serves as counsel in the Information Technology & Data Privacy Group, advising clients on data-centric regulatory issues including artificial intelligence, privacy, cybersecurity, and data governance. His practice encompasses cross-border data transfers, AI and privacy compliance, privacy audits, and breach investigations. He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2012), an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge (2006), and a B.Sc. Honours in Microbiology from the University of Guelph (2005).
