About Dale
Dale R. North is a hybrid solicitor and litigator who has worked at Davison North Law (formerly Davison Law Group) since 2011. She practises corporate and commercial law, assisting with business acquisitions and operations, employment matters, leasing, contract review and drafting, and corporate and society governance. Dale also litigates a wide variety of corporate and commercial disputes, Charter challenges, municipal law, employment, and estate matters at all levels of court in British Columbia and the Federal Court, and her administrative law work includes the Human Rights Tribunal and the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner. She volunteers with local theatre organizations and has served on the boards of the Vancouver Fringe Festival, the Coastal Jazz and Blues Society, and Fighting Chance Productions.
